Frac Sand Plant Wet Processing System

TKDA* staff members have worked on over 150 projects for CFS throughout the United States and Canada, including frac sand wet processing systems in Maiden Rock, Wisconsin, and Luddington, Michigan. This long-term client designs and builds wet processing plants to process minerals and classify sands. For these projects, our team provided comprehensive upgrades to plant infrastructure while focusing on effective layout planning and structural integrity. Additionally, we worked on general arrangements and layouts to optimize space utilization and streamline workflow. To meet operational demands by stabilizing equipment foundations and maximizing efficiency, the projects also included wet processing equipment layout, structural design elements, and structural and concrete designs.
