Frac Sand Wet Processing Facility

TKDA* staff members have worked on over 150 projects for CFS throughout the United States and Canada, including a frac sand processing plant in Cameron, Wisconsin. This long-term client designs and builds wet processing plants to process minerals and classify sands. Our team worked on a 500 tph frac sand processing plant by providing general arrangements and layouts. The design includes a detailed structural plan incorporating steel and concrete elements to support longevity under operational loads.
