Quartzite Processing Facility and Secondary Processing System

TKDA* staff members completed a project focusing on a quartzite processing facility and secondary processing system, which was used for construction materials and achieved a throughput of 500 tons per hour (tph). The project involved designing and implementing a robust primary crushing system tailored to handle the unique characteristics of quartzite. Our team developed structural steel and concrete designs supporting heavy-duty equipment to foster durability and safety under operational loads. The project also included meticulous general arrangement and layout planning, optimizing space and workflow efficiency. Overall, we delivered seamless integration of all systems to meet high industry standards for productivity and reliability.
