TKDA Names New Vice President of Rail

We are excited to announce Jim Hoschka as the company’s new vice president of rail! Equipped with more than 31 years of experience in the railroad industry, Jim has managed TKDA’s track and yard group for the past 17 years.

Jim has established himself as a highly respected expert for track and yard, intermodal facilities, and bridge structures in the rail industry. His extensive technical leadership experience has established him as a trusted client partner, overseeing delivery of design, construction management, and long-term capital improvement plan solutions, and frequently serving as a facilitator between railroads and public agencies. He graduated from Michigan Technological University in 1995 with a degree in civil engineering and launched his career at TKDA soon after.
