Candace Pearson Champions Sustainability and Resiliency at TKDA

Sustainability is a core responsibility to create a better future for the communities we work in, which is why we are excited to announce the addition of Candace Pearson as a Sustainability Market Manager! Candace brings over ten years of experience in climate risk and green building consulting and is passionate about finding ways to shift our built environment, economy, and policies to mitigate and adapt to extreme weather. In her previous role, she helped craft TKDA’s Sustainability Plan as an external consultant.

One effort Candace will lead is capturing the unique expertise and thought leadership that TKDA brings to the sustainability and resiliency space. “Sharing the brilliance of TKDA’s employee owners is the best way to disperse best practices, inspire our team, and help clients understand what’s possible for their projects,” says Candace. As Candace assumes her new role, she will manage the implementation of our Sustainability Plan and collaborate with our integrated team of sustainability champions. She will focus on bridging our various groups by aligning our cohesive suite of sustainability offerings to serve our clients better.

Overall, Candace has a passion for facilitation and goal setting. She hopes to help TKDA’s clients downscale their corporate sustainability goals so their project delivery teams can own and champion sustainability with their consulting partners.
