Our Internship Program

Our internship program kicks off with a formal onboarding week at TKDA headquarters in Bloomington, Minnesota. The program is a structured summer experience including formal software trainings, networking opportunities, mentorship relationships, social events, learning seminars, project shares, and much more! At the end of the summer, some interns will be offered the opportunity to continue working part-time throughout the academic year, depending on their workload. Our internship program prioritizes:

*TKDA is a 100% employee-owned firm, which includes our interns! If you continue working with TKDA through the end of the calendar year, you will be eligible for stock contributions (vested after two years of employment) and a discretionary incentive bonus, based on company performance.
