Frac Sand Dry Processing Plant

TKDA* staff members have worked on a 150 tph dry plant, with a complete layout developed to support efficient material processing and distribution. Bulk material storage and a truck load-out system are incorporated in the dry plant, ensuring smooth product handling from processing to transport. The project includes detailed general arrangements and layouts to maximize operational flow and accessibility. Additionally, the design incorporates a full conveyor system layout, and product distribution chutes are strategically placed for accurate sorting and loading. Overall, the layout integrates these systems to maximize space utilization, maintain safety standards, and meet production demands.
