Frac Sand Plant

TKDA* staff members have worked on over 150 projects for CFS throughout the United States and Canada, including frac sand wet processing equipment in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin. This long-term client designs and builds wet processing plants to process minerals and classify sands. Our team worked on a 500 tph wet processing plant, with a focus on the layout and general arrangement to support high-capacity processing. The design includes a detailed structural plan incorporating steel and concrete elements to support longevity under operational loads. Other project elements include headhouse design, wet processing equipment layout, and clarifier tank and bridge structural design. The overall cohesive structural and layout plan maximizes throughput, supports operational efficiency, and maintains durability across the plant.
