Granite Quarry and Processing Facility

TKDA* staff members upgraded critical areas of a granite quarry and processing facility while maintaining ongoing operations, covering various sections and systems to optimize material processing and efficiency. To help the facility function effectively, we developed detailed general arrangements and layouts to enhance long-term productivity. This project included the design of a comprehensive conveyor system with emphasis on the truck loadout section, primary and secondary screening, and crushing section. Additionally, we implemented a fine recovery system and manufactured sand system for concrete or asphalt production. Our team integrated structural steel and concrete designs to support these systems, providing robust foundations that can accommodate high-volume processing needs.
