Hatchery Sand and Gravel Processing Plant

TKDA* staff members developed a 500 tons-per-hour (tph) hatchery sand and gravel processing facility for a long-term client. The facility incorporates two primary screening sections that efficiently sort raw materials and features a wet sand processing system with an integrated gold recovery system to maximize resource extraction. The plant includes one dedicated crushing section and various miscellaneous conveyors that enable seamless material movement across the facility. TKDA provided a full conveyor system design, including all structural steel and concrete components, ensuring stability and durability for long-term operations. Our team also delivered detailed general arrangements and layout designs, optimizing spatial organization for workflow efficiency. The client managed the construction, with TKDA working closely to bring the design to life and meet rigorous industrial standards.
