Limestone Processing Plant

TKDA* staff members completed a 500 tph limestone processing facility, replacing the previous facility to meet increased capacity and efficiency demands. Key features of the project included designing a full conveyor system with cable-supported cantilever stacking conveyors. The project required advanced structural steel and concrete design to support the extensive conveyor network and safety under operational loads. We also worked on the general arrangements and layout to maximize workflow efficiency. The result was a high-performance facility that enhanced throughput and operational reliability for the client’s production needs.
