TKDA Helped Corporation Optimize Their New Consolidated Space After a Company Merger

Northern Tier Energy (NTE) needed a consolidated administration facility that would provide optimal workspace. To assist in this process, TKDA assessed their current facilities and generated a program conceptual design for the new facility. After the original study was completed, a merger occurred which resulted in a new organizational structure and required our team to review and update the projected space needs. The study resulted in the design and construction of a 42,000 SF two-story administrative office building designed for its refinery location in St. Paul Park. It included offices, multi-use and flexible training facilities, a medical suite, conference rooms, a lunchroom, locker rooms, and other support service activities.
