TKDA Remodels Community Based Outreach Clinic to Care for Varying Needs

TKDA provided architecture, interior design, and structural engineering services to remodel several North Shore Federal Credit Union buildings, including Grand Marais, Two Harbors, Lutsen, and Lincoln Park (Duluth).

• Grand Marais: minor interior remodeling and finish upgrades to the lobby and teller areas of the existing building.
• Two Harbors: minor interior remodeling to provide additional staff office space and remodeling of the existing lobby to add a new conference room.
• Lutsen: interior remodeling to provide new finishes, drive-through cabinetry, office casework, check-writing counter, new doors, and one teller pod.
• Lincoln Park (Duluth): full interior remodel of the existing 1,200 SF main-level lease space to construct a new credit union. The design includes a teller pod, check-writing area, waiting area, four offices, restroom, vault room, work room, and staff area. The project also required a structural assessment of the existing building.
