TKDA* staff members worked on a 500 tph frac sand processing plant featuring a 1,100-foot shuttle conveyor system to transport materials around the site. This project involved a strategic wet processing equipment layout for optimal workflow and material handling. Our team developed structural steel and concrete designs to support the equipment and withstand operational demands. We designed the processing piping layout to provide seamless integration with the system and support operational reliability. Additionally, we carefully planned general arrangements and layouts to enhance accessibility and safety.
