Peterson Road Improvements

Peterson Road is the last gravel roadway within White Bear Township. Considering recent favorable bids and low interest rates, the Township decided it was time to extend water and sanitary sewer, install curb and gutter, construct ponding, and pave the gravel roadway. As a first-time improvement, the project involved high assessments and needed to follow MN Statutes 429.

TKDA completed the extension of water and sewer to the neighborhood along with curb and gutter, storm sewer, pond construction, and paving of this previously gravel roadway. Our team prepared the feasibility study, plans and specifications, construction staking, construction observation, and construction administration.
