Primary and Secondary Crushing System

TKDA* staff members completed a project that involved designing and implementing a primary and secondary crushing system to enhance material processing efficiency. The project featured structural steel and concrete design to support the crushing equipment and withstand the rigorous operational demands. Our team developed general arrangements and layout plans that optimized material flow from the primary to secondary stages to maximize productivity. Our layout prioritized efficient workflows and integration with existing plant systems to successfully meet our client’s needs.
