Sanitary Lift Station No. 2

The City of St. Louis Park selected TKDA to design and provide construction administration services for their sanitary lift station rehabilitation project. Our team worked with St. Louis Park public works staff to develop a staged construction rehabilitation to eliminate the need for bypass pumping during the construction of the lift station improvements. The design included a new electrical service, a new generator, three new pumps, valves and related piping, and a new ventilation system. The construction work plan allowed for the continuous operation of two pumps during the construction of desired improvements and the removal of old equipment.
