TKDA* staff members delivered a project for a confidential client that involved designing a 350 tph dry plant and a 350 tph wet plant, providing layout solutions for both facilities to optimize processing efficiency. The dry plant included bulk material storage, a truck load-out system, and product distribution chutes to facilitate precise material flow. Our team developed a conveyor design and layout to provide smooth material transfer between processing stages. Additionally, the project required structural steel and concrete designs to support the infrastructure for the wet and dry plant. Our general arrangements and layout focused on efficiency and accessibility for streamlined workflows and reliability to meet the client’s needs.
*Professional services for this project were provided by M.A. Bielski & Associates Inc., which was acquired by TKDA in 2023. Most MAB employees continue to work at TKDA, contributing their process engineering experience. Learn more about the acquisition here.
