Screen Replacement

TKDA* staff members delivered comprehensive upgrades for an industrial plant to optimize structural integrity, efficiency, and durability. The project scope included developing a detailed general arrangement layout to align new and existing equipment, enhance accessibility, and provide safety compliance. To assess the framework, our team performed a structural design analysis to account for increased loads from additional equipment, conveyors, and chutes. For material handling, chutes and conveyors were redesigned for optimal flow, minimizing maintenance and enhancing durability.
